Audi Q3: RSQ3 Spoiler-Lower Section, Removing and Installing

Removing

- Remove the lower radiator grille. Refer to → Chapter "Radiator Grille, Removing and Installing, Audi RS Q3 through MY 2014".

- Remove the bolt -arrow-.

- Release the catches -1- and remove the spoiler lower section -3- forward from the bumper cover -2-.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

The guides -2 and 3- on the spoiler lower section -4- must engage in the bumper cover -1- when pushing in the mounts, as shown in the illustration.

- Install the radiator grille. Refer to → Chapter "Radiator Grille, Removing and Installing, Audi RS Q3 through MY 2014".

Bumper Cover Mount Bracket, Removing and Installing

Removing

- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to → Chapter "Bumper Cover, Removing and Installing".

- Remove the bolt -4-.

- Release the securing tabs -1 and 3- carefully upward, and at the same time turn the bracket -2- clockwise -arrow-.

- Remove the impact member bracket.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Install the front bumper cover. Refer to → Chapter "Bumper Cover, Removing and Installing".

Outside Air Temperature Sensor -G17- Bracket, Removing and Installing

Removing

- Remove the front bumper cover end plate. Refer to → Chapter "Front Bumper Cover End Plate, Removing and Installing".

- Remove the outside air temperature sensor -1-. Refer to → Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Rep. Gr.87; Additional Components for Control and Regulation; Outside Air Temperature SensorG17, Removing and Installing.

- Remove the bolt -3- and then remove the bracket -2-.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Install the Outside air temperature sensor. Refer to → Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Rep. Gr.87; Additional Components for Control and Regulation; Outside Air Temperature SensorG17 Removing and Installing.

- Install the front bumper cover end plate. Refer to → Chapter "Front Bumper Cover End Plate, Removing and Installing".
