- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to

- Remove the front bumper cover end plate. Refer to
→ Chapter "Front Bumper Cover End Plate, Removing and
Installing".
- If equipped, disconnect the connector

- Remove the Air Conditioning (A/C) unit (heater). Refer to

- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
- Remove the heater core cover -1-.
- Remove the bolts -A-.
