General Information
Before beginning balancing, the following requirements must
be fulfilled.
Tire inflation pressure must be OK.
The tire tread must not be worn down on one side and should
be at least 4 mm dee

Caution
For the balancing, the wheels of the tractive axle
are set upon the turntable sensors, for example, front
wheels for Front Wheel Drive (FWD) and all 4 wheels for
All Wheel Dri
Vehicle Pulls to One Side
General Information
Perform a road test to determine if a vehicle pulls to one
side and if so, when and to which side. If the vehicle pulls to
one side, see procedure

In the following description the brake caliper is removed
and replaced. The brake hose is removed.

Torque Wrench 1331 5-50Nm -VAG1331-
Brake Pedal Actuator -VAG1869/2-.

Chip Card Reader Control Module, Removing and Installing
The Chip Card Reader Control Module -J676--1-
is located inside the glove compartment

Removing
- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment and
remove the ignition key.
- Remove the glove compartment. Refer to
